CARDIO KICKBOXING
Contact level: LOW Age: 18 years and older Prequisites: None Required Wear: Clean T-shirt, clean shorts or sweat pants Required Gear: Boxing gloves, towel An intense session of high energy, high impact, and total body conditioning. This class includes the fundamentals of boxing and kickboxing drills, heavy bag training, floor conditioning, and partner drills.
