THAI PADS
Contact level: MEDIUM
Age: 18 years and older
Prequisites: None
Required Wear: Clean T-shirt, clean shorts or sweat pants
Required Gear: Boxing gloves, towel
Students get a good work out while drilling basic kickboxing techniques and combinations. After warm up exercises, students work in pairs with thai pads to throw punches and kicks. They drill roundhouse kicks, side kicks, front kicks, spinning back kicks, and spinning wheel kicks.
